Telstra Smart Modem 4

Click Access Control.

Click Port Forwarding.

Click the indicator next to "Enable".

Click the field next to "Description" and key in the required name.

Click the drop down list next to "Local I-P select".

Click the required device to which the external port numbers are to be forwarded.

Click the drop down list next to "Local I-P select".

Click the field below "Local I-P select" and key in the IP address of the device to which the external port numbers are to be forwarded.

Click the drop down list next to "Protocol".

Click the required protocol type.

If you don't know which setting to select, select "TCP - UDP".

Click the field next to "Remote Port" and key in the external port numbers to open in the required interval, e.g. 6000-6100.

Click the field next to "Local Port" and key in the internal port numbers to open in the required interval, e.g. 6000-6100.

The internal port numbers should match those entered in the external port number field.

Click Add to add and save the port forwarding.
